The next Circle meeting is on Monday 28th May, starting at 7.30 pm. It is a normal stag night and dress code is lounge suits. Prior to the Circle meeting is the AGM, which will start at 7.00 pm.
Brother President is leading agroup to attend the conference session of the Eastbourne Conference on Saturday 19th May. If you wish to join him, please contact Stuart Thompson urgently.
Please note that annual subscription of £111.00 is now due, so please send cheques to our new Treasurer, Bro.Paul O'Donovan as soon as possible.
St Mary's parish in Gosport are organising a pilgrimage to Turkey in October 2012 'In the footsteps of St Paul' and are preceding this with a talk by Nicholas King, a Jesuit Oxford scholar, talking about St Paul on 14th July at St Joseph's Church, Gosport. Click here for more details.

The Catenian Association is a group of praticising Catholic laymen. We meet every fourth Monday of the month at the Brookfield Hotel, Emsworth for a Circle meeting and for dinner.
We have 31 brothers in the Portsmouth circle, which covers an area from Fareham in the West, to Petersfield in the North, to Emsworth and Hayling Island in the East. Portsmouth Circle is part of Province 11 in the Association click here for the Province website.
Brothers also travel to meetings at other circles in the South, and this is an opportunity to meet with a wider group of Catenian brothers.
On a regular basis we also hold ‘ladies nights’ when wives are invited to attend the dinner. We have special events at Christmas and to celebrate Trafalgar Night in October.
In addition to this, we have regular pub lunches at local hostelries. We also get together for other social events such as trips out and going to the theatre.
We also share in Masses for a variety of purposes, and other religious events.
Portsmouth Circle encompasses the Portsmouth and Havant Pastoral Areas and Parish of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Fareham & Gosport.
